Choco Brownies

Eating Raw food is an excellent way to detox the body and help with ailments. Here is one of my favourite recipes

Choco Brownies

2 cups of whole walnuts

1 cup of unsalted raw almonds, chopped roughly

2-1/2 cups of pitted Medjool dates

1 cup of raw cacao

1/4 tsp. of sea salt

 

Directions:

1. Place walnuts on the food processor then blend high until all nuts are finely grounded.

2. Add next the raw cacao and salt on the food processor then pulse to combine well.

3. Add now the Medjool dates, one dates at a time on the feed tube of your food processor while still running. What you must have after is a mixture which appears like some cake crumbs that when pressed can still stick together easily (when mixture does not stick together well, just add more dates)

4. In a large-sized bowl (or a pan you would like to put your brownies in) mix together walnut-cacao mix and the chopped almonds. Press this in a lined mold or cake pan. Place this on fridge or freezer until the times it is ready to serve (this is easier to cut when it turns very cold. Remember to store in airtight container.)
